We bake our sub rolls fresh every day right in our Bakery. In fact, you might even catch a whiff of the rolls baking when you walk in the store. And they taste as good as they smell. They’re soft on the inside and have a crust perfect for supporting all your favorite fillings.

We hand-bread our chicken tenders not once but twice to make sure each piece is coated in our signature breading mixture. Then we deep fry them so they’re crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Your choice of cheese.

Cheese is an excellent way to heighten the flavor of your Publix sub. We recommend provolone for its slightly sweet, subtle flavor, but we’ll happily add your favorite cheese. We’ll even add extra cheese for an additional cost.
