Heating Instructions
To heat Fully Cooked 16 to 18 lb. TurkeyThis item is fully cooked and may be eaten either hot or cold. For best results, we recommend that you follow these preparation instructions.
1. If you are reheating the turkey in a conventional oven: Pre-heat the oven to 325°F.
2. Remove turkey from wrapper.
3. Position turkey on flat roasting rack in 2” roasting pan.
4. Place turkey, breast side up, on rack in roasting pan.
5. Brush or spray skin lightly with vegetable oil.
6. To prevent over-browning, loosely cover breast with lightweight foil after 60 to 75 minutes.
7. Heat the turkey for approximately 135 to 150 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Check temperature of thigh with a meat thermometer.
8. Slice to desired thickness and serve. Refrigerate the unused portion immediately.
To heat Gravy
In the microwave:
1. Empty the contents into a microwave safe container and microwave the gravy on high until it is fully heated (about four minutes).
2. Stir the gravy occasionally while heating.
3. Refrigerate the unused portion.
Note: Depending on microwave wattage, cooking time may vary.
On a stove top:
1. Empty the contents into a saucepan and simmer until fully heated.
2. Stir the gravy occasionally while heating.
3. Serve hot.
4. Refrigerate unused portions.
Note: No matter how you heat the gravy, use caution; the container will be hot!
To heat Old Fashioned Cornbread Dressing
For best results: Bake in a conventional oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.
In a conventional oven:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Remove plastic lid and seal from container.
3. Loosely cover with aluminum foil.
4. Place container on baking sheet.
5. Bake 45 minutes.
6. Carefully remove foil.
7. Bake 15 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
8. Refrigerate or discard any unused portions.
Note: Ovens vary; adjust time as needed.
In the microwave:
1. Vent by pulling one corner of the film back 1 inch.
2. Heat on medium-high (70% power) for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
3. Stir before serving.
4. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.
Note: Microwave times may vary; adjust as needed.
To heat Yukon Mashed Potatoes
For best results: Bake in a conventional oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.

6. Carefully remove foil.
