To capture the distinctive flavors of Kentucky-style barbecue, we use Boar’s Head® BourbonRidge® Uncured Smoked Ham, crafted with bourbon and smoked with reclaimed charred oak bourbon barrel chips. Then we add Publix Smoked Pulled Pork seasoned with brown sugar and smoked paprika and top it with Boar’s Head® Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese, made with pasteurized cow’s milk and aged for three months.
