Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven or grill. Remove all packaging and season chicken as desired. Bake in shallow roasting pan or grill, covered, for time specified in chart. If grilling, use tongs to turn frequently. Cooking times are approximate. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of meat not touching bone to accurately ensure doneness. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Remove smaller pieces earlier, if necessary, to prevent over-browning. Ovens and grills vary; adjust time as needed. Up to 1 lb: 50 to 65 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 15 to 25 minutes grilling time at medium. 1 to 2 lbs: 60 to 75 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 20 to 30 minutes grilling time at medium. 2 to 5 lbs: 70 to 85 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 25 to 35 minutes grilling time at medium.
