To Use: 1. Open flip-top to expose spout by pressing the push button (Fig. 1). 2. The hygienic cover will pop open to expose the spout for drinking (Fig. 2). 3. Flip the hygienic cover closed in order to keep spout sanitary and spill free (Fig. 3). Use: Wash before initial use and after each subsequent use. Fill cup with liquid (about 3/4 full). Screw cap on tightly to guarantee seal. To Disassemble: 1. Lift spout upward to stretch spout tubing (mid-section of spout) and slide through swivel collar vertical opening. 2. Grasp the silicone spout from underneath and pull through the screw cap to remove. Cleaning: Disassemble all parts prior to washing. Dishwasher safe (top rack only), or hand wash all parts in warm water using a mild liquid soap and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Dry thoroughly. It is recommended to scrub the spout hole with a small brush. Do not boil, do not steam sterilize tip: Store cup with top removed to allow parts to dry completely. Cleaning: Disassemble all parts prior to washing. Remove silicone sealing ring from underneath the screw cap and push button to open spout. To remove silicone spout, lift upward to stretch spout tubing (mid-section of spout) and slide through swivel collar vertical opening. Once the tube portion of the spout is free of the swivel collar, grasp the silicone spout from underneath and pull through the screw cap to remove. Reverse this process to reassemble the spout. Dishwasher safe (top rack only), or hand wash in warm water using a mild liquid soap and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Rinse open cap with running water from faucet. Allow water to flow through spout and vent hole. It is recommended to scrub the spout hole with a small brush. Dry thoroughly. Do not boil, do not steam sterilize.
