Product details Air dried, not fried. No preservatives. Non fried or frozen. If you've been to one of our restaurants, you know that Momofuku is serious about good food. If you haven't, it's nice to meet you. We were founded by Chef David Chang in New York. We've opened restaurants around the world and now we're bringing our flavors to your kitchen. We've partnered with A-Sha Foods of Taiwan to make these air-dried, never-fried noodles. They're flavor-packed like the dishes Momofuku is known for. Plus, like all A-Sha noodles, they have 11 grams of protein per serving and are made from simple, quality ingredients.

Cooking Instruction: Soy & Scallion Noodles: (1) Bring at least 4 cups water to a rolling boil. (2) Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Please adjust cook time longer for a softer noodle). (3) Drain noodles from water after cooking. (4) Add sauce packet and scallion packet into the noodles. (5) Mix and enjoy with your favorite sauce while warm! Store at room temperature. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
