Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment. Microwave Oven (1200W): 4-5 minutes. Remove frozen entree from carton. Cut a slit in center of film. Place on a microwave safe plate. Heat on High for 4-5 minutes. Rotate entree once during heating. Remove from microwave on plate for added support. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving. Carefully remove film. Conventional Oven: 35-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove frozen entree form carton. Cut a slit in center of film. Place tray on cookie sheet in oven on center of oven rack. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until hot. Remove from oven on cookie sheet for added support. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Carefully remove film. Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160 degrees F. Do not cook in toaster ovens. Do nor refreeze.
