Hunter's Schnitzel: You Will Need: 3 boneless pork cutlets, 9 oz fresh mushrooms (cleaned and sliced), 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup heavy cream. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 350 degrees F for convection oven. Put the oil into frying pan. Saute mushrooms until heated through. Add heavy cream. Mix in contents of packet and bring to a boil. Wash and pat cutlets dry. Place side by side in a roasting pan. Pour sauce over the cutlets and bake approximately 30 minutes. Tip: Turkey or veal cutlets can be used in place of pork, but be sure the cutlets are about as thick as pork cutlets. One 9 oz jar or can of well drained mushrooms can be used in place of fresh mushrooms.
