Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Arrange uncured bacon in single layer in large saute pan on medium heat. Cook 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired crispness. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange uncured bacon in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 18-22 minutes (Ovens and microwaves vary; adjust time as needed) until desired crispness. Microwave Oven: Arrange uncured bacon in single layer between paper towels on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high 55-65 seconds (Ovens and microwaves vary; adjust time as needed) per slice until desired crispness. If cooking more than 4 slices, rearrange them halfway through cook time. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
