Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Place Unopened Bag, Standing Up, on a Microwave-Safe Dish in Center of Microwave, Microwave on High for 6-1/2 - 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked (water may release from spaghetti squash during heating and accumulate in package,) Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Tear bag at notch. Drain excess water. Carefully shred spaghetti squash pieces using two forks to separate into strands and serve. * Microwave Directions Developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stove Top: Place contents of bag into a preheated nonstick skillet, cover.
