Cooking Directions on Stove: 1. In a medium saucepan bring water or broth to a boil. (Cooking Measurement Chart: Rice: 1/2 cup; Water/Broth: 1-1/2 cups; Yield: 2 cups; Servings (1 Cup Cooked): 2. Rice: 1 cup; Water/Broth: 3 cups; Yield: 4 cups; Servings (1 Cup Cooked): 4. Rice: This bag; Water/Broth: 7-1/2 cups; Yield: 10 cups; Servings (1 Cup Cooked): 10. 2. Stir in rice, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 55 minutes. (Add butter, olive oil or salt if desired). 3. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
