Cooking Directions on Stove: 1. In a medium saucepan bring water or broth to a boil (Cooking Measurement Chart: Rice: 1/2 cup; Water: 1-1/2 cup cups; Yield: 2 cups; Servings (1 cup cooked): 2; Rice: 1 cup; Water: 3 cups; Yield: 4 cups; Servings (1 cup cooked): 4). Rice: this bag; Water: 7-1/2 cups; Yield: 10 cups; Servings (1 cup cooked): 10). 2. Stir in rice, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 55 minutes (Add butter, olive oil or salt if desired). 3.
