When to Use: The Future Slim Silhouette Back Support is designed to help alleviate lower back pain. Wear all day or during activities that lead to discomfort. If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician. Washing: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners. How to Wear: 1. Open the main strap. Center the support along the lower back, with the stays on each side of the spine and the curved edge pointing downward. 2. Wrap the main wide strap snugly around the waist and secure the hook fastener over the abdomen. 3. Pull the secondary straps forward to place the back pad into the lower back. Secure the straps along the front of the support. Adjust the secondary straps to achieve the correct level of support and compression for your needs.
