Shake well. Product can be frozen if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For Recipe Purposes: 3 tbsp; 1 large egg whites of approx. 1/3 cup; 2 large eggs whites of approx. 3/4 cup; 4 large eggs whites of approx. 3 Tbsp = 1 Large Egg White. 1/3 Cup = 2 Large Egg Whites. 3/4 Cup = 4 Large Egg Whites. For best results, keep refrigerated at 33 degrees - 40 degrees F to maintain safety and quality. Product can be frozen, if unopened thaw overnight in refrigerator. After opening, use within 7 days.
