In 1972, our winery founder David Stare chose the term Fume Blanc to describe his flagship white wine, a dry Sauvignon Blanc crafted in the Loire Valley style. We have continued this tradition for nearly 50 years. Each lot of this refreshing Fume Blanc was fermented separately in 100% stainless steel tanks with no oak aging to preserve the vibrant citrus and steely mineral characters that define this wine.
