To Open: chill well. Remove foil and loosen wire cage with hand always on top of cork and wire cage. Do not remove wire cage, Place cloth over cork and wire cage, twist bottle from base with other hard while allowing cork and cage to loosen slowly until open. Never use a cork remover or reinsert cork.
