We start our butter chicken by grinding our own spices, cooking vegetables in batches, and simmering in creamy sauce with, you guessed it, butter. Finally we marinate juicy pieces of chicken, roast them, and mix it all together. This dish features: tomatoes, butter, turmeric, ginger, onion & cumin. To our family, the name deep is, well, deep. In India it means lamp and enlightenment, and our mission is to share the best of India's culture with everyone. Cooking Directions (1100 Watt Microwave). An internal temperature of 165 degrees F should be reached. Puncture film 3 times. Microwave on high. Peel back film enough to stir gently.
