How to Use: Twist bottom. Turn clockwise until gel dispenses & triangles align (it may take several turns the first time). Apply gel on teeth. Smile and brush a thin layer of gel onto each tooth avoiding the gums. Let dry. Wait 60 seconds before closing your mouth. Replace cap. Avoid eating or drinking for 1 hour after application. Repeat. Apply 2 times a day for at least 14 days for best results.
