Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Pan Fry: Crumbled (Skillet): Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 165ºF as measured with a meat thermometer. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer. Patties (Skillet): Season turkey as desired and shape into ¼ pound patties, 4-inch diameter. Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet.
