Refrigerate leftovers immediately. How to cook your Brooklyn Burger: Put your frozen patty on a preheated grill (325 degrees - 350 degrees F) or pan (medium to high heat). Cook on one side until golden brown and slightly charred for approximately 3-4 minutes (for medium to medium rare) or 4-6 minutes (for well done), flip over and cook on second side for the same time.
