For best results, Store the Brita dispenser in your refrigerator or out of direct sunlight. Filter replacement is essential for product to perform as represented. Replace filter every 40 gallons or 151 litres (about 2 months for the average family). Easy Setup: 1. With clean hands, flush with cold water for 15 seconds. 2. Insert filter by lining up groove with ridge in reservoir. Press firmly. 3. Add cold tap water. Pour out the first dispenser of water. 4. Replace filter every 40 gallons or 151 liters (about two months).
