You will need: 1 cup of Bloomfield Farms Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1-1/4 cups milk (or milk substitute); 1 egg (or egg substitute); 1 Tbs. cooking oil + extra for frying. Pancake Directions: 1. Lightly coat skillet or griddle with oil and preheat to 350 degrees F (medium temperature). 2. Combine egg, milk, and oil in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. 3. In a separate bowl, place Bloomfield Farms Pancake & Waffle Mix and slowly add liquid ingredients from Step 2. Gently hand mix with a spoon or spatula. Do not over-mix. 3. Using a large tablespoon or ladle, place the desired amount of batter in preheated skillet and cook until edges are set (approximately 1-1/2 min.), then flip with a spatula and cook until done (Do not consume raw). Waffle Directions: Prepare batter as directed in Pancake recipe above. Pour appropriate amount rather into heated waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. Mix it up!
