Product details Birds Eye Sauced Oriental Stir Fry makes an easy side dish or meal starter. This bag of frozen vegetables includes broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, peppers, mushrooms, baby corn and an Asian-style sauce. These frozen stir fry vegetables contain no artificial colors or flavors. Serve frozen mixed vegetables alone, or add meat. Saute frozen veggies in a skillet or microwave.

Stove Top-Half Bag. Prefered Method: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a deep 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the frozen contents of bag (about 5-1/2 Cups) into skillet. 2. Cover and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Open and empty one sauce pouch into skillet. Cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven - Half Bag. Do not microwave in bag. 1. Open one sauce pouch into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen contents of bag (about 572 Cups) into dish. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes; Stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave on high for an additional 7 to 10 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Caution!
