Directions: Adult: Stir 1 Benefiber stick pack into 4-8 oz of any beverage (not recommend for carbonanted beverages) or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). Age 12 Yrs and Above: 1 stick pack; Servings. 3 times daily. Age 6 to 11 yrs: 1/2 stick pack; Servings; 3 times daily. Under 6 Years: Ask your doctor before use. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from moisture.
