What to Do: 1. Add 1 rounded scoop of fiber powder into an empty glass. 2. Add at least 8fl oz. o cool water-it won't blend if too hot/cold. 3. Stir briskly to mix. If the texture's too thick, stir in more water. 4. Drink immediately! The mix will start to thicken if left sitting. How much to take: 1-3 times per day, dissolve 1 rounded scoop of powder into 8 fl oz. of liquid. Mix well and drink right away. Wait at least 2 hours before or after to take medicine, as fiber may interfere with medicine absorption. Start with just 1/2 scoop per day to minimize bloating as your body adjust to taking more fiber. First 3 days: 1/2 scoop; 1/2 scoop a day for 3 days. After 3 days: 1 scoop; 1/2 to 1 scoop, 1 to 3 times a day. Storage Instructions: Store in tightly closed container at room temperature.
