Ryan and Todd perfected the use of raw honey in their distillery, capturing the countless botanicals a honey bee forages into their spirits. The honey would always be kept raw to retain the character of the land that inspired them. Each batch of Barr Hill Gin is distilled in our custom-built botanical extraction stills.
