Step One: Squeeze pouch to separate quinoa. Step Two: Tear open 2 1/2 inches to vent. Step Three: Heat in microwave on high for 90 seconds. Cook 2 pouches for 2-1/2 minutes. Times may vary. Take care when handling and opening hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion. Skillet Instructions: Gently squeeze sides of pouch to break apart quinoa. Pour contents into skillet. Add 2 tbsp of water, cover and heat on medium. Stir occasionally until heated. Serve immediately.
