Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that can cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Refrigerate leftovers or discard. Cooking Instructions: Grill. Skillet. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before cooking and use within 5 days of thawing. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. Pre-heat grill or non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for about 3.5 - 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of patty may still be red or pink when fully cooked. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Perishable: Keep frozen.
