Keep frozen. Raw. Ready to cook. Prepare Instructions: Cook from frozen. Not recommended for the microwave. Oven-ready on wooden skewers for quick and easy preparation. Oven (as cooking times may vary depending on ovens, these are guidelines only). 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove package from freezer and let stand 5 minutes to allow the scallops to be easily removed from the inner tray. 3. Remove all packaging and place scallops in a single layer on a baking tray. Be careful not to overcrowd the scallops. 4. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes, until scallops and bacon are cooked to preferred doneness. Great on the Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Remove all packaging and place on the grill, leaving a bit of space between scallops. 3. Grill for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning frequently, or until the bacon is crisp and scallops are cooked. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
