Publix Pharmacy now offers the convenience to know when your Pharmacy order is ready to be picked up. Talk to the Pharmacy Department to join the Publix Pharmacy Alerts Program to receive a text message on your cell phone about your order. Once you are enrolled in the program, you will receive notifications when your order is ready to be picked up at your Publix Pharmacy.

To join the program, please see your pharmacy department at your next visit. They will be glad to explain the program and set you up to begin receiving notifications about your order.

SMS Terms and Conditions
At any time you are enrolled in the program, you can receive additional support by replying to any message with the keyword HELP or texting HELP to 44122. Alternatively, you can contact Publix at 1-800-242-1227 or talk to your Publix Pharmacy Department about the program.

You may opt out of the program at any time by texting STOP to 44122 or replying to any text with STOP.

Message and Data Rates May Apply. One message sent per order. Upon initial enrollment an introductory text will also be sent.
