We bring in fresh, never-frozen finfish six days a week. Our fish comes from all over the world and is rushed to our stores so it’s fresh and delicious. Whether it is salmon from Chile or cod from Iceland, the temperature of each fish is closely monitored every step of the way. We also proudly source fresh fish and fresh seafood from across the United States, including Alaska and Florida.

Responsibly and sustainably sourced seafood. 

We offer a variety of responsibly and sustainably sourced seafood, such as our responsibly sourced salmon and catfish fillets and sustainably sourced GreenWise cod fillets. Look for the responsibly or sustainably sourced icons in-store and see the indicators in product descriptions on publix.com.

Special orders. 

Always wanted to try barramundi? How about tilefish? You can order over 60 varieties of fresh fish through our Reel Variety program. If it’s in season and available, the specialists in our Seafood department will special-order it and have it for you in just a few days.

Seafood platters. 

If you’re planning a party or celebration, our seafood platters are excellent choices. Order ahead online, and we’ll have them ready for you to pick up in-store. Our seafood claw platter comes with lobster and snow crab claws and mustard dipping sauce. And for shrimp lovers, we have small, medium, and large shrimp platters that come complete with lemon slices and cocktail sauce.

Sushi. 

Feel like sushi? Order one of our sushi selections online for in-store pickup. We make them fresh in-store every day. Try our California, crunchy shrimp tempura, and spicy salmon rolls. Or order our chef sampler and enjoy 15 pieces of your favorites, including our rainbow and dragon rolls. And if you’re looking for a creative alternative to serve at your next party, order one of our sushi platters. Decorative and delicious, they’ll stand out on any table.
