Our sandwich platters are made fresh to order with the ingredients and attention to detail Publix is known for. Our popular Cubanitos Platter, for example, is made with delicious Cuban bread topped with slices of Publix Sweet Ham, roast pork, and Swiss cheese. To make our Ultimate Ringleader, we use slices of Publix Tavern Ham, turkey, roast beef, and Swiss cheese. And our Publix Italian Meal Wheel is made with Publix Tavern Ham, Genoa salami, capicola, and provolone cheese.

Selections from Boar’s Head®.

We also offer a selection of sandwich platters and meal wheels made with Boar’s Head® premium meats and cheeses. The Boar’s Head® Roast Beef Ringleader, for example, is made with oven-roasted Boar’s Head® roast beef, which is seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic and contains no added nitrites or nitrates. The Boar’s Head® Turkey Meal Wheel comes with Boar’s Head® turkey and your choice of American, provolone, Swiss, cheddar, or Muenster cheese. And the Boar’s Head® Ultimate Ringleader is made with Boar’s Head® Deluxe Ham, turkey, and Deluxe Roast Beef and your choice of cheese.

Our large and medium sandwich platters serve 15–25 guests, and our small sandwich platters and medium ringleader platters serve about 10 guests. For smaller groups of four or five guests, try our meal wheels. All our sandwich platters are made to order right in-store.
