Pumpkin-Spiced Cashew Butter

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup roasted, salted cashews
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps

    1. Place cashews in food processor bowl (or blender); process 2 minutes until finely ground.
    2. Scrape down sides, then add remaining ingredients; process 1–2 minutes until creamy. Place in airtight container and refrigerate up to 1 month.
