Q: What is the Publix Photo Center mailer program?
A: The Publix Photo Center mailer program is a convenient way to develop pictures taken with 35mm or APS film. Just use the postage-paid mailer envelope to send in your film and your pictures will be mailed to you. You'll get high-quality prints processed by Snapfish, a leading photo service and a division of Hewlett-Packard. This means you'll receive the highest quality prints, photo gifts and customer service. And, we'll even convert your pictures to digital images and upload them to your Snapfish account—free of charge!
Q: How can I get a Publix Photo Center mailing envelope?
A: You can pick up mailers from any Publix location and Snapfish members can request them by visiting snapfish.com/customerservice. And, for your convenience, each shipment of prints includes a new mailer envelope so you can place your next order when you’re ready.
Q: I'd like to use the Publix Photo Center mailer program, but I don't live near a Publix. How can I get a mailer envelope?
A: To request a mailer envelope, just log into your Snapfish account and request one. We'll be happy to send you a postage-paid mailer envelope you can use to develop pictures from your 35 mm or APS film.
Q: Do I have to have a Publix Photo Center Snapfish account to use the Publix Photo Center mailer program?
A: Yes. With your free account you can store, edit, and share your photos online and order prints, custom photo gifts, and much more. Don't have a digital camera? No problem! When you use the Publix Photo Center film mailer program, pictures taken using film are converted to digital and uploaded to your Snapfish account at no charge

Q: How many rolls of film can I put in one envelope?
A: You can place up to three rolls of film in one envelope. However, if you are developing one-time use cameras, please use a separate mailer envelope for each camera.
Q: Can I send in a CD or digital media card in the Publix Photo Center mailer envelope?

A: Both glossy and matte print finishes are available—just indicate on the Publix Photo Center Mailer envelope order form which one you prefer.
Q: What size prints can I get?
A: Using the Publix Photo Center mailer program you can choose to develop your 35mm or APS film in the following sizes: 3½" x 5", 4" x 6", and 5" x 7" prints are available. Once your photos have been uploaded to your Snapfish account, you can also purchase these sizes, wallet prints, 8" x 10" prints, and even poster-sized prints.
Q: Can I order items other than prints using 35mm or APS film I developed using the Publix Photo Center mailer program?
A: You can as soon as you receive notification from Snapfish that your photos have been uploaded to your Snapfish account. Once you log on, you'll find over 100 gift items you can personalize with your favorite photos including cards, calendars, photo books, mugs, ornaments, stationary, posters, flip books, mouse pads, t-shirts, aprons, and more!
Q: Can I get my pictures from 35mm or APS film on a CD or index print?
A: Yes, just check the appropriate boxes on the order form on the Publix Photo Center mailer envelope. Index prints are included for free on all APS film orders.
Q: How long does it take my order to be processed?
A: Standard processing and shipping time is about five to seven business days.
Q: I've completed the order form and put my film in the mailer envelope. What do I do now?
A: Just drop the mailer envelope in the mail—postage has already been paid! Associates at the Customer Service counter at your local Publix should be able to let you know where a nearby mailbox is if you're unsure.
Q: What happens if I forgot to fill out an order form?
A: If you forget to fill out the order form we will process for you one set of glossy finish 4" x 6" prints. If you didn't include your name, shipping address, or email address on the order form in the mailer envelope, please contact Snapfish customer support immediately at snapfish.com/customerservice.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: Standard orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service free of charge!
Q: How do I know that my images have been uploaded to my Snapfish account?
A: When your images have been uploaded you will receive an email notification sent to the address supplied on the Publix Photo Center mailer envelope order form.
Q: It's been longer than seven days and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
A: To check your order status please visit snapfish.com/customerservice.
Q: I got my prints back, but did not receive all of the prints from my order. Why is that?
A: Occasionally, the printing machine decides a negative isn't good enough to produce a quality print. The negative will be returned with your print order. For additional assistance, you can contact Snapfish customer support at snapfish.com/customerservice.
Q: What if I am not happy with my pictures?
