    Ingredients

    • 1 package fully cooked bacon slices (2.29–2.52 oz)
    • 16 oz cream cheese
    • 4 oz bar white pasteurized cheese product
    • ½ cup diced pickled jalapeños
    • 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions
    • Crusty bread, crackers, or chips (optional for dipping)

    Steps

      1. Microwave bacon until very crispy following package instructions. Cut both cheeses into small cubes; place in large, microwave-safe bowl. Add jalapeños and cover; microwave on HIGH 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, until melted and smooth. Chop bacon finely; stir into cheese mixture. Chill 30 minutes or until firm.
      2. Crush onions and spread on large plate. Form cheese into ball, then roll in onions until well-coated. Place on serving platter. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or chips, if using.
