Crispy Cinnamon Apple Chips

Ingredients
  • Nonstick aluminum foil
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 225°F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Core apples, then slice thinly; arrange slices in single layer on baking sheets.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mixture evenly over apple slices. Bake 1 ¾–2 hours, rotating pans every 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer apple chips to wire rack and let stand until cooled and crispy. Serve.
