How to Order
Our Publix Bakery is committed to creating the cake of your dreams for your special event. We customize our cakes to your liking, with your favorite flavors, fillings and icings in the perfect color, shape, and size. Our wedding cake decorators use their expertise, and listen to your suggestions.
To make sure that your cake is just as you hoped for, be sure to place your order about four weeks before your event; that way, we have plenty of time to order your favorite ornament and create the cake of your dreams.

Selecting the Right Size
Begin with the size of your reception or party: How many guests do you expect? Figure at least one slice of cake per guest.
The following chart shows the sizes and approximate number of servings for each cake shape.
- Servings are based on a 3-layer, 2-oz slice
- Cake-specific size information is on the individual cake pages in the Cake Catalog.
