Shopping has always been a pleasure for me; Publix was my store of choice prior to my becoming an associate. As a Publix customer, I experienced first hand the excellent customer service provided by store associates. One thing that stands out for me since joining Publix is that the same customer service philosophy is evident throughout the entire organization.
Working in the employment office, I have the opportunity to experience the excitement and enthusiasm of newly-hired Publix associates on a daily basis. At Publix you are valued as an associate, and treated like family. Publix gives me the chance to interact with a highly diverse workforce, share ideas, and most of all feel like I am an integral part of the Publix team.
Many of these new associates have family and friends that also work at Publix, and the feeling that is uniformly expressed is that they have always wanted to be part of Publix, too. They know in advance that Publix is a great place to work.
Making the career choice to join the Publix team was the right decision. I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I have been with Publix, and am looking forward to many long years of service.
