Anne Burrell Anne Burrell first worked in a restaurant while attending Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, (where she has since taught in both professional and recreational programs).

Carole Bloom Carole Bloom studied pastry and confectionary arts in Paris and London and worked in five-star hotels and restaurants in Venice, Italy; Lausanne, Switzerland; and Rancho Santa Fe, California.
