Patrick Walley has been cooking for 26 years. He attended culinary programs in West Virginia and Michigan, and has honed his culinary skills in various properties through out the United States. He trained under a certified Master Chef in Michigan.

From an early age Tony shook the hand of destiny when he ran the milkshake machine in the Picayune Junior High School cafeteria. This exposure to large scale cooking coupled with the family style cooking in his home influenced him without him knowing.

Jason Klob left the culinary field in 2004 to explore a different career path, in Retail Sales. After 3 years, Jason's desire to return to his true passion in life was fulfilled when Publix offered him the opportunity to come share his love for cooking and teaching.
