DESCRIPTION - Most cookbooks seem to provide recipes for four or more, which probably leaves you with a lot of leftovers. But not anymore. This series will give you new and delicious meal ideas for your entire week while helping you plan out smaller portions.

MENU -

(Week 1: Seafood) Pan-Seared Tilapia with Sautéed Vegetables; Roasted Root Mash; Maple-Glazed Salmon Fillets; Perfect Rice.

(Week 2: Beef) Lemon-Garlic Marinated Grilled Skirt Steak; Oven-Roasted Dill Potatoes; Beef Stir-fry with Mixed Vegetables; Vegetable Rice Pilaf.

(Week 3: Chicken) Oven-Roasted Herb-Rubbed Chicken; Citrus Asparagus; Boursinand Mushroom-Stuffed Chicken Breasts; Potato Au Gratin.

(Week 4: Vegetables) Eggplant Parmesan; Oven-Roasted Green Beans; Vegetarian Pot Pie; Roasted Red Pepper Couscous.
