    Ingredients

    • 4 kiwifruit
    • 3 cups fresh strawberries
    • 2 (750-mL) bottles fruity red wine (such as pinot noir, shiraz, or Beaujolais)
    • 3 (12 oz) bottles ginger beer (or 4 ½ cups ginger ale)
    • ½ cup orange liqueur (or orange juice)
    • 8 cups ice
    • Fresh mint (optional for garnish)

    Steps

      1. Peel kiwi, then cut kiwi and strawberries into ¼-inch-thick slices; place in large pitcher.
      2. Add wine, ginger beer, and liqueur; stir in ice.
      3. Pour into ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with mint, if desired.
