Ingredients
- 5 oz sliced cooked ham
- 3 oz sliced Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 16 dill pickle chips
- 8 soft tortilla bowls (or small tortillas)
- Butter-flavor cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon honey, divided (optional)
Steps
- Cut ham and cheese slices in half. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Divide ham, cheese, pickles, and mayonnaise mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan (or sandwich press) on medium 1–2 minutes. Fold each sandwich together and press; coat with spray. Cook sandwiches (in batches) 2–3 minutes on each side (3–4 minutes for sandwich press) until cheese has melted; repeat with remaining sandwiches. Drizzle with honey, if using; serve.
