Ingredients

  • 5 oz sliced cooked ham
  • 3 oz sliced Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 16 dill pickle chips
  • 8 soft tortilla bowls (or small tortillas)
  • Butter-flavor cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon honey, divided (optional)

Steps

    1. Cut ham and cheese slices in half. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Divide ham, cheese, pickles, and mayonnaise mixture evenly among tortillas.
    2. Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan (or sandwich press) on medium 1–2 minutes. Fold each sandwich together and press; coat with spray. Cook sandwiches (in batches) 2–3 minutes on each side (3–4 minutes for sandwich press) until cheese has melted; repeat with remaining sandwiches. Drizzle with honey, if using; serve.
