Monterey Jack Chicken Poutine

Ingredients
  • 1 Deli chilled rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz frozen seasoned french fries
  • 1 (12-oz) jar chicken gravy
  • 6 oz Monterey (or garden vegetable) Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup presliced green onions
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Shred chicken (2 cups). Bake fries following package instructions (for crispier fries bake additional 5–10 minutes or until desired doneness).
  2. Preheat large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Pour in gravy and chicken. Cook 3–4 minutes stirring occasionally or until hot. Stir in cheese. Divide fries between serving plates, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with onions. Serve.
