Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 4 oz Deli Brie cheese
- 4 slices turkey (or cooked) bacon
- 4 frozen turkey burger patties
- 4 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 4 Bakery hamburger buns
- 1 cup baby arugula leaves
- 8 teaspoons cranberry relish (or sauce)
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Core apple and cut into slices; slice cheese. Microwave bacon following package instructions until crisp.
- Grill burgers following package instructions. Melt cheese on burgers during last minute of cook time.
- Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on bottom half of each bun. Place burgers on buns; top with bacon, apple slices, arugula, cranberry relish, and top halves of bun. Serve.
