Brie-Cranberry Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 4 oz Deli Brie cheese
  • 4 slices turkey (or cooked) bacon
  • 4 frozen turkey burger patties
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 Bakery hamburger buns
  • 1 cup baby arugula leaves
  • 8 teaspoons cranberry relish (or sauce)

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Core apple and cut into slices; slice cheese. Microwave bacon following package instructions until crisp.
    2. Grill burgers following package instructions. Melt cheese on burgers during last minute of cook time.
    3. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on bottom half of each bun. Place burgers on buns; top with bacon, apple slices, arugula, cranberry relish, and top halves of bun. Serve.
