Bat Wings (Baked Chicken Wings)

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat chicken with oil, salt, and pepper; place in single layer on baking sheet (wash hands). Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is crispy and browned.
    2. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; brush sauce over chicken. Bake 8–10 more minutes and until chicken is 165°F. Serve.
