Publix Pharmacy Ranked No. 1

LAKELAND, Fla., Sept. 18, 2006 - For the fourth consecutive year, Publix Super Markets, Inc. has been named the No. 1 supermarket pharmacy for customer satisfaction in the nation by Wilson Health Information, a leading consumer research firm.

According to the WilsonRx® study, Publix customers are particularly satisfied with their pharmacy's convenience, including store hours and parking, acceptance of insurance with no problems and ability to call ahead to have prescriptions ready when promised.

The results of the WilsonRx® National Satisfaction Survey are based on responses from 32,237 pharmacy customers in the top 23 U.S. metropolitan markets. It's the largest study of its kind.
