Publix to Launch Expanded Line of Holiday Dinners

It’s the Most Delicious Time of the Year

LAKELAND, Fla., Nov. 11, 2005 - For many families, a holiday season staple has been the Publix turkey dinner served complete with homestyle mashed potatoes, holiday gravy and cranberry-orange relish.  Making their debut at Publix Holiday Fest, the week of Nov. 14, customers will be invited to sample from four new exclusive holiday collection meals:

• Boar's Head Seasoned Prime Rib Roast Beef
• Boar's Head Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
• Boar's Head Seasoned Honey Thyme Pork Loin and
• Boar's Head Sweet Slice^® Ham.

Each of the new holiday dinners may be enjoyed with a choice of two traditional side-item favorites, including:

• green bean casserole
• homestyle mashed potatoes
• sweet potato casserole
• creamed spinach
• old-fashioned holiday stuffing
• corn casserole
• broccoli au gratin 
• red skin garlic mashed potatoes.

Or they may be experienced with the new line of side dishes:

• pasta carbonara
• sauteed spinach with garlic and peppers
• candied wild rice
• orzo with roasted vegetables
• apple pecan stuffing
• fried onion mashed potatoes 
• herb stuffing
